Lennart’s story

I am
a bridge builder, a hybrid, a translator between people, data, and technology. Project manager and team leader of the technological consultants.

I am motivated by
the collaboration between us linkFISH and the motivated project members on our clients’ side. I’m driven by seeing the development of both people and data solutions and being able to contribute to that process.

Before joining linkFISH,
I completed my master’s in data science and business analytics in Lisbon, Portugal, where I worked for a Portuguese company. Before I dedicated myself to data in this way, I worked as a technical project purchaser in the electricity and gas network expansion. This experience allowed me to understand and appreciate the connection between data and human communication.
 
What I enjoy about my job
is constantly learning about new topics and meeting new people while helping them develop further. I love the variety of subjects, ranging from A, like the assimilation of client data to Z, like the zealous collaboration with colleagues.

What I associate with linkFISH
is a diverse team of experts full of motivated and likeable linkFISH, who do everything every day to support each other and continuously grow.
 
In my free time,
I enjoy trying out new activities, exploring the culinary diversity of Hamburg, or simply spending quality time with my loved ones.

I am
senior consultant at linkFISH Consulting GmbH.

I am motivated by
brain teasers and finding good solutions to complex questions. Seeing that we've made our clients' work easier and that they can now better analyse company data is the best motivation at the end of the day.

Before joining linkFISH,
I completed my training as an Industrial Business Management Assistant and then pursued a degree in business mathematics, during which I had the opportunity to gain international experience. Through various part-time jobs and working student positions, I was introduced to consulting and business intelligence, which led me to discover my dream job.
 
What I enjoy about my job
is the variety brought by the many different client projects. Each client is unique and has individual requirements. Implementing these with the right software in both the frontend and backend, and finding new solutions every day, is not only exciting but also ensures that there is never a dull moment.

Is a dynamic team with a wide range of expertise, many opportunities for growth, and a very positive working atmosphere.
 
In my free time,
I enjoy attending Latin American dance events, meeting friends for game nights, or baking cakes and other treats (occasionally even for my colleagues 😉).

is the variety of different topics and the scope of each individual project, which I can follow from the initial concept all the way to final approval.

In my free time,

Before joining linkFISH,
I completed my bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration. During numerous internships and part-time jobs, I became increasingly aware of the advantages and the great necessity of good business intelligence. This sparked my ongoing enthusiasm for this field!

What I enjoy about my job ,
is the perfect balance between routine tasks and entirely new challenges. No day is the same, and the work remains consistently varied and exciting.

Florian’s story

I am
Senior Consultant at linkFISH.

I am motivated by
understanding processes in detail and tracing their database implementations, to best support our clients in their everyday work with reporting and planning solutions and helping them overcome challenges.

Before joining linkFISH,
I spent several years developing databases, programming applications, and optimising and automating business processes in service management through interfaces and workflows. As an IT consultant, I provided technical advice to various medium-sized companies and built an internal business intelligence system in the car rental market, which I continuously developed further.
 
What I enjoy about my job
is the collaborative implementation of customer-focused BI solutions and the opportunity to support our clients holistically in achieving their goals. There are no requirements that cannot be solved using technology. My typical workday varies depending on project and capacity planning, but it is always diverse.
One day, I work on the further development of an interface, while the next day, in collaboration with clients, I build new features in the data warehouse and implement them in reporting.

In my free time,
I ride my bike around the Außenalster daily, play chess, try out new technologies, or go fishing by the Elbe.
