Software and reporting packages

We work with you to find out which software is best suited to your individual requirements and offer a clearly defined and highly flexible reporting package for your area. The predefined standard reports enable you to carry out relevant analyses for your budget management quickly and independently and to filter interactively according to different evaluation dimensions. In addition, not only your reporting but also your planning and forecasting processes can be mapped in the same system. Predefined role definitions and process steps (“workflows”) allow you to quickly get started with a modern and web-based decentralised recording of forecast and plan values as well as corresponding comments, giving you an overview of the current status at all times. After installation and training by us, the software can be used immediately via a user-friendly portal including self-service BI functions.

Flexible customisation

After our training, you can customise the preconfigured report portals provided by linkFISH independently and without programming according to your requirements and expand them within the scope of the connected data. Long lead times which block the workflow are eliminated. Numerous options for comprehensive customisation are available if required. At your request, the solution can be expanded to include additional key figures and evaluation dimensions from your specialised procedure. Automated data updating

Your reporting system obtains all relevant data on the required key figures, e.g. from the profit and loss account and financial budget, via an interface from your specialised application (e.g. H&H proDoppik or Infoma Newsystem). This data is automatically prepared and updated daily and is then available for further analysis in the reports at the click of a mouse. By using predefined reports, there is no need to carry out your own surveys and internal data evaluations, so you are ready to start immediately.
